Susana is an experienced Personal Brand and Image Consultant with certifications from prestigious schools in Madrid, Hamburg, London, and Milan, as well as a B.A. in Marketing. She founded her agency, mYmage, where she helps clients align their inner essence with their fashion choices, fostering confidence and authenticity in personal and corporate branding.

Michelle Nocom will facilitate an exercise designed to enhance your self-awareness to help discover your true self.

Michelle is a seasoned coach and human resources development consultant with extensive experience in transforming organizations and developing exceptional talent. Working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, she is passionate about fostering self-awareness, unlocking personal strengths, and guiding others on a transformative journey of discovering their life purpose.

Euying Chong will lead a restorative yoga session on positive affirmations.

 

Euying has been practicing yoga since her early adult years and is a 300 hr-certified Jivamukti Yoga teacher. She teaches in Eindhoven and Geldrop and regularly leads various yoga workshops where she shares her knowledge about yoga philosophy and its practices and how these can be applied to our daily lives so that one may discover one’s true authentic self. Yoga is a journey of the self, through the self, to the Self.

Nicole Cullinan will present a workshop experience on the Wisdom of Mindful Nutrition. 

 

Nicole is an internationally published bestselling author, homeopath, functional medicine practitioner and the creator of Wellness Place International which bridges the paradigm gap between energy medicine, earth based wisdom and conventional science to provide education and personalized health solutions to health seekers of all ages suffering with a range of chronic health conditions.

Morning Session: A New Dawn of Self-Discovery

 

Arrival & Opening Circle

 

Start our retreat with a warm welcome, where you'll meet like-minded women, share your intentions for the day, and experience the joy of connecting in a safe, supportive space. Over a nourishing herbal tea, our facilitator will guide you through an intention-setting circle to help you align with your personal growth for the day ahead.

 

Restore & Renew Yoga - Euying Chong

 

Begin your journey inward with a restorative yoga session designed to rest your mind and body. You’ll be led through gentle movements, breathing techniques, meditation, yoga poses that are held for a few minutes, and guided relaxation. The session will focus on positive affirmations for cultivating a mindset of empowerment, joy, and balance, offering a simple yet profound way to nurture your well-being and realign with your inner strength. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, this session will leave you feeling centered, energized, and ready to receive the day’s gifts. If possible, please bring your own yoga mat, a large blanket to keep warm, and several cushions for support. 

Mid-Morning: Nourishing Your Body & Mind

 

Wisdom of Mindful Nutrition & Plantfulness - Nicole Cullinan

 

The connection between food and well-being is a powerful one. In this session you will explore how to trust and deeply nourish your body including experiencing a unique 'plantful' process. Learn practical tools to make conscious and creative choices that not only fuel your body but also support your mental clarity and overall well-being. We’ll also dive into the importance of eating with awareness and curiousity, and cultivating self compassion and gratitude for the nourishment that sustains us.

 

Afternoon: Cultivating Confidence & Self-Awareness

 

Delicious & Nourishing Lunch

 

A delightful lunch will be served, with an emphasis on vibrant, colourful whole foods that nourish your body and soul. As you enjoy your meal, you'll have the chance to connect with fellow participants and share experiences, ideas, and insights from the morning sessions.

 

Coaching Session: Uncovering Your Unique Journey - Michelle Nocom

 

This empowering coaching session will guide you to explore your personal story and uncover the strengths, values, and passions that define who you are. Through introspective exercises, journaling, and group discussions, you’ll tap into your deepest sense of self-awareness and unlock new levels of confidence. Together, we’ll create an action plan to take this newfound clarity and confidence into your everyday life.

Style is more than just what you wear—it's an expression of who you are. In this interactive session, you'll learn how to embrace your unique style and dress in a way that makes you feel empowered, confident, and authentic. Our style expert will guide you through tips on creating a wardrobe that reflects your true essence, helping you feel fabulous every day, no matter your shape or size.

Closing Circle & Reflection

 

As the retreat draws to a close, we’ll gather for a final reflection circle.
